Addio definitivo al Samsung Galaxy Note 7, ecco cosa ci aspetta

Stiamo per andare incontro ad una svolta ulteriore per quanto riguarda il Samsung Galaxy Note 7, in riferimento agli utenti che ancora non hanno restituito lo smartphone ritirato dal mercato, visto che dal produttore coreano sta per arrivare un aggiornamento bloccante.

Questo a tal proposito quanto annunciato dal produttore tramite una comunicazione ufficiale:

“To further increase participation, a software update will be released starting on December 19th and will be distributed within 30 days. This software update will prevent U.S. Galaxy Note7 devices from charging and will eliminate their ability to work as mobile devices. Together with our carrier partners, we will be notifying consumers through multiple touchpoints to encourage any remaining Galaxy Note7 owners to participate in the program and to take advantage of the financial incentives available”.

Tra pochi giorni, ad esempio, negli Stati Uniti i Samsung Galaxy Note 7 non potranno più collegarsi alla Rete, in attesa dell’aggiornamento che non consentirà ulteriori ricariche della batteria.
