Da qualche tempo, la versione statunitense del sito permette di scaricare liberamente queste foto, ma per eseguire il download bisogna connettere Bing al proprio account Facebook. Scocciante, vero? Tutto quello che bisogna fare per scaricare il wallpaper del giorno di Bing è visualizzare il sorgente della pagina e cercare il valore hpWall.download in quest’ultimo. Per chi non lo sapesse, è possibile visualizzare il sorgente della home di Bing USA con tutti i principali browser usando le seguenti combinazioni di tasti:
- Chrome – Ctrl+U
- Firefox – Ctrl+U
- Internet Explorer – F12
Una volta individuata la voce hpWall.download, bisogna copiare la sigla alfanumerica presente immediatamente dopo di essa (es. 21992ee23f9f8b107cd1c0a40e7ac95a) ed usarla per scaricare il wallpaper di Bing visitando questo indirizzo: bing.com/hpwp/[codice copiato] (es. http://bing.com/hpwp/21992ee23f9f8b107cd1c0a40e7ac95a). Una volta premuto il tasto Invio, il download dello sfondo partirà in automatico.
