Le foto caricate su Instagram sono pubbliche ma, al contrario di quanto accade su siti come Flickr o Picasa, non sono visibili liberamente da tutti. A meno di non avere il link diretto ad un’immagine, infatti, per sfogliare le foto pubblicate sul servizio occorre scaricare la app di Instagram sul proprio telefonino.
Una limitazione piuttosto importante, se si considerano gli oltre 40 milioni di utenti del servizio e il miliardo di dollari pagato da Facebook per acquisirlo ma per fortuna una soluzione alternativa la si trova sempre. Questa volta si chiama Webbygram e si tratta di un servizio online gratuito che fornisce libero accesso a tutte e foto più popolari di Instagram direttamente dal browser del PC.
Per iniziare ad usarlo e sfogliare le foto di Instagram dal PC basta collegarsi alla pagina principale del sito (che trovate linkata in fondo al post), il quale si contraddistingue per una grafica molto curata che contiene molti riferimenti a quella ufficiale di Instagram. Per usare un eufemismo.
Webbygram è gratis ma senza registrazione permette di vedere solo le foto più popolari del momento. Per accedere all’intero archivio fotografico di Instagram, così come alle gallery dei singoli utenti, occorre effettuare una rapida registrazione gratuita collegando il servizio al proprio account Instagram.
Il gioco vale la candela? Beh, dipende da voi. Se non avete uno smartphone particolarmente veloce nel caricare le foto, o comunque desiderate sfogliare le foto di Instagram attraverso uno schermo di grandi dimensioni, come quello del PC, sì. In caso contrario, potete anche esimervi dal provare Webbygram. La scelta sta a voi.
