Nonostante nel corso degli anni Windows si sia evoluto e presenti ora funzioni decisamente all’avanguardia alcune feature e caratteristiche dell’OS sono rimaste praticamente invariate nel tempo. Si tratta di un software totalmente gratuito ed utilizzabile su tutti i sistemi operativi Windows (sia a 32-bit sia a 64-bit) che, una volta in uso, va ad espandere le classiche funzioni della clipboard risultando facilmente accessibile e gestibile direttamente e comodamente dalla system tray, così com’è anche possibile notare dando uno sguardo all’immagine d’esempio annessa all’inizio di questo post.
Dal menu contestuale del software è possibile fruire di funzioni molto utili ed interessanti, quali visualizzare un registro di tutti gli elementi copiati negli appunti, ordinarli a proprio piacimento, eliminare quelli non più utili, modificarli ed aggiungere note extra. Oltre che da menu contestuale tutte le operazioni appena indicate possono anche essere effettuate mediante appositi tasti di scelta rapida.
CopyQ presenta inoltre una pratica interfaccia utente a schede che consente una gestione ancor più pratica degli appunti manipolando separatamente i vari elementi della clipboard ed assegnandoli a tab differenti a seconda del caso.
Il software mette anche a disposizione dei suoi utilizzatori un ricco menu impostazioni dal quale è possibile personalizzare i tasti di scelta rapida, aggiungere diversi tipi di comandi per effettuare operazioni specifiche e molto altro ancora.
