Benché un numero di versione come il 12 possa far pensare ad un tale livello di maturità da scongiurare (quasi) ogni malfunzionamento, purtroppo sono numerosi gli utenti di Microsoft Office 2007, ed in particolare quelli di Microsoft Word 2007, a rilevare un fastidiosissimo problema: uno “splendido” messaggio di errore ad ogni chiusura del programma (come potete vedere nell’immagine qui sopra).
Il problema non è determinante ai fini dell’utilizzo del noto software di videoscrittura “made in Redmond”, ma è indubbio il fatto che, soprattutto per chi utilizza spesso Word 2007, il crash ad ogni chiusura del programma non è certo il massimo della vita, con una perdita di tempo nel cliccare sul pulsante “Non Inviare” piacevolmente evitabile.
Il problema non si è capito esattamente da cosa sia causato, ma è molto probabile che “il colpevole” sia un aggiornamento per la nota suite di programmi per ufficio di casa Microsoft. Ad ogni modo, la cosa importante è che si è capito come risolverlo, quindi non perdiamoci ulteriormente in chiacchiere e vediamo insieme come agire:
- Andare in Start > Esegui… (oppure la barra di ricerca di Windows Vista);
- Digitare regedit e premere il tasto Invio;
- Recarsi nella chiave HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Data;
- Crearne una copia di sicurezza, facendo click destro sulla chiave “Data” e cliccando su “Esporta”;
- Cancellare la chiave “Data”, selezionandola con il tasto sinistro del mouse e premendo il tasto Canc.
A questo punto, basterà avviare Word ed il crash alla chiusura dovrebbe essere sparito, mentre la chiave “Data”, cancellata precedentemente nel registro di sistema, verrà ripristinata in modo del tutto automatico.

anche io avevo quel problema, ma con la soluzione indicata nn ha avuto effetto.
Invece credo che il problema sia dovuto alla stampante HP, se utilizzo la mia HP come predefinita ho l’errore, impostando un’altra stampante come tale risolvo il problema. OFFICE si rivela sempre un gran bidone!!!!!
