Eseguire un’operazione di crittografia su specifici messaggi di testo può risultare una procedura particolarmente utile da attuare in una gran varietà di situazioni al fine di tutelarne l’incolumità del contenuto.

Tuttavia, quest’oggi, nonostante il già vasto assortimento di strumenti analoghi, diamo uno sguardo ad un ulteriore programmino (che di certo non guasta mai!) in grado di eseguire esattamente quanto precedentemente accennato.
Si tratta, nello specifico, di Cryptographic Text Converter, un software completamente gratuito, di natura open source e tutto dedicato ai sistemi operativi di casa Windows che, senza girarci troppo attorno, offre la possibilità di crittografare testi scritti mediante cifratura AES a 128 bit proteggendoli con una password specificata dall’utente che ne impedisce dunque la lettura a coloro i quali non ne sono in possesso.
L’utilizzo del programmino è semplice ma, al tempo stesso, sicuro ed efficace, poichè una volta inzializzato, sarà sufficiente settare uno specifico username corredato da password (tali dati saranno richiesti soltanto al primo avvio e, eventualmente, potranno essere anche modificati in seguito), dopodichè, usufruendo dell’apposito editor, sarà possibile digitare i propri testi, crittografarli cliccando sul pulsante Encrypt e salvarli nel loro formato nativo (.tc).
Tutti i file di testo precedentemente crittografati utilizzando Cryptographic Text Converter, quando necessario, potranno poi essere decriptati aprendoli mediante il programmino, inserendo username e password e cliccando poi sul pulsante Decrypt.
